Ideal for landlords who have the time for more involvement and who are willing to undertake full responsibility for the ongoing tenancy, including maintenance and compliance.

We advertise the property, accompany viewings, interview the tenants and source references. Once satisfied, we prepare the property inventory, draw up the tenancy agreement and oversee the deposit payment.

Once the tenant has moved in, ongoing responsibility lies with the landlord.

Set up fee: Equivalent of four weeks rent, subject to a minimum fee of £795.00

In addition to the benefits of our tenant introduction service, we monitor the payment of rent and chase the tenant if necessary.

The rent is paid to us and then passed to the landlord, minus a small fee for doing so.

The landlord is responsible for ongoing maintenance and compliance.

Full management

Our most popular service. All the benefits of our other services, plus we oversee all property maintenance, undertake mid-term inspections, ensure certification is up to date and deal with tenant enquiries.

In addition, at the end of the tenancy we inspect the property and cross reference any damage against the inventory, oversee repairs and decoration (if applicable) and return the deposit (minus repair costs, if necessary).

In the event of a dispute, we work with the Deposit Protection Service to find a resolution.
