All prospective tenants must pass our referencing process. Whilst we find that in the majority of cases there is no cause for concern, on occasions things are not always as they appear.
Our tenant referencing process includes a credit search plus, where applicable, obtaining references from their former landlord/managing agent. We do our best to ensure there isn't any reason the tenant will be unable to pay their rent.
In addition to this, we offer our landlords the opportunity to meet with the prospective tenant should they wish to do so. We want you to be completely satisfied that we have found the correct people for your property.
